Co-Owner and Clinical Director of Forge and Vault, LLC, Lydia Lund is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker [LSCSW] in Salina, KS devoted to guiding clients on their journey towards healing and transformation. Lydia first experienced the effectiveness of Havening in her own personal journey toward healing and now, as a certified Havening Practitioner is thrilled to share this incredible resource with her community and beyond. With a personal perspective as a biological, foster, and adoptive mom of five, Lydia is particularly drawn to working with teens, adults and families. Her deep-seated passion lies in empowering parents to understand and address the distinct needs of each child within their family dynamic. She provides the essential platform of intensive therapy, where families can explore root issues, heal together, and forge new, meaningful connections. Drawing from a diverse background, Lydia's extensive experience includes humanitarian and international development roles, work in schools, prisons and juvenile detention centers, psychiatric hospitals, orphanages, immigration services, homeless services, veteran support, and anti-human trafficking organizations. This rich history positions her well to guide those in distress or facing conflict.

EMDR Trained, ​​Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, Certified Brain Health Coach, also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She provides a Christian framework and utilizes Expressive Arts, Play and Sand Tray Therapy. Bi-lingual Therapist (English/Spanish-speaking)
